The service

CE Tracker helps you store continuing education certificates and keep track of credits toward license renewal. It is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not report credits to licensing boards, and it is not a substitute for checking your board's current requirements.

Your responsibility for your license

You are responsible for knowing and meeting your licensing and certification requirements, including deadlines, credit types and reporting. Progress, reminders and calculations in CE Tracker are based on the information you enter and are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for missed renewals, penalties or lapses.

Your account

Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address.

Free trial and subscriptions

• New accounts get a [14]-day free trial. No payment details are needed for the trial.
• After the trial, a paid subscription is needed to add or change records. You can still view and download what you've saved.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can cancel any time from the Account tab, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply at your next renewal.

Your content

You own the certificates and information you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to store, and don't upload patient health information.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.

Availability

We work to keep CE Tracker available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Keep your own copies of important certificates.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
