What we collect

• Account information: your email address and an encrypted version of your password.
• What you add to the app: license details, course and certificate information, websites you log, notes, and certificate files you upload.
• Billing information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your subscription status and billing history from Stripe.
• Technical information: basic logs such as sign-in times and error reports, used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide CE Tracker: storing your records, calculating your progress, showing and emailing renewal reminders (you can turn emails off on the Account tab or with the link in any email), processing your subscription, and contacting you about your account. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run CE Tracker. They process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in
• Stripe: payments
• Resend: sending reminder emails

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account's records and files can only be accessed by that account when signed in.

Your choices

You can download a spreadsheet of your certificates and delete your account at any time from the Account tab. Deleting your account permanently removes your records and files. Backups are removed within [30] days.

Health information

CE Tracker is designed for professional education records, not patient information. Please do not upload patient health information.

Children

CE Tracker is intended for licensed professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
